1. Introduction

TechFlow Venture Solutions Pvt Ltd ("ReviewsFlow"/"We"/"Us"/"Our") is a technology organization established in India providing SaaS-based software. ReviewsFlow has designed and developed proprietary software (the "Platform") to help businesses manage customer feedback and reputation workflows. This agreement governs your use of our website (https://reviewsflow.in) and associated applications, products, and services (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms of (a) use of our website (the "Website"), the Platform, and any products/services in connection with the Website (the "Services"), or (b) any modes of registration or usage of products, are between ReviewsFlow and its users ("User"/"You"/"Your"). Whether you register or simply browse, once you access the Platform or use the Services, you are considered a User and agree to comply with applicable laws and these Terms.

These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, as amended. By accessing and using the Website, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy at https://reviewsflow.in/policy/privacy.

2. Notice of Use

Your use of the Platform/Services by any mode signifies your acceptance of these Terms and your agreement to be legally bound. Use is solely for your business purposes as defined under the applicable service agreement. You agree not to engage in any unethical practices and to comply with all applicable laws.

• You must be of legal age and competent to contract under Indian law.
• Registration is restricted to a single User account. Multiple IDs are prohibited.
• You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Platform/Services.
• Commercial use, advertising, or solicitation without prior written consent is prohibited.
• Device compatibility is not guaranteed across all hardware; use at your discretion.

3. Duties as a User

Only persons competent to contract (Indian Contract Act, 1872) may register. Minors must use the Platform via a legal guardian who accepts these Terms.

• Provide accurate and complete information; we may verify and suspend accounts for inaccuracies.
• Do not upload or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or violates rights/laws.
• Some Services may be provided by appointed third-party providers.
• Account registration may require OTP verification via phone and/or email.

4. Usage of Content

All content on the Platform is intended for business consumption. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

By submitting content ("Material"), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such Material per these Terms.

5. Restrictions while Using Content

Unauthorized access, framing, protocol emulation, or removal of proprietary notices is prohibited. Commercial activities (contests, advertising, pyramid schemes) require prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewsFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or indirect damages. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Obligations of confidentiality survive for three (3) years, except trade secrets which survive indefinitely.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

Any dispute shall be subject to arbitration in Mumbai, India. This Agreement is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable laws of India.

9. Assignment

We may assign our rights and obligations at our discretion. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

11. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13. Relationship

You and ReviewsFlow are independent contractors. No agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship is created by these Terms.

14. General

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available at https://reviewsflow.in/policy/terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Headings are for reference only. If any term is held unenforceable, it shall be modified to be enforceable while preserving intent.

15. Disclaimer

This website and the Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. ReviewsFlow disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ReviewsFlow shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Platform/Services.
